My therapist said:
My therapist: Audrey I am concerned that you have taken up space in paranoid valley and the rent may be too high there
Me: No I can actually afford to be here for I am not renting I own
My therapist: What exactly do you own?
Me: I own the right to reside comfortably where I am, as my circumstances led to the occupancy. I was not born in paranoid valley, people’s behavior forced me to take up residence where I am. But I decided to be an owner so I can control the narrative and work towards making where I am forced to reside safe and conducive to my happiness.
My therapist, missed the last two sessions. Do you think my therapist gave up on me?
All I can say is, exist as you are comfortably for, there is no point in mastering the game if you can’t participate in the rule making process.
I make me up as I go along for I am the absolute sole arbiter of my destiny and paranoid is not self inflicted. But, my reactions are self promoting necessarily.
